All About Meat

All of our beef at Filet & Vine is Sterling Silver or Certified Black Angus, Prime and Choice, freshly cut for you by our butchers! We are the most experienced beef specialist in the area. We always have a beautiful selection of Prime Ribeyes and N.Y. Strips for those who demand the best! 

Filet & Vine started the meat department for the love of the perfect steak, but we didn't stop at great steaks, Filet & Vine provides a full service meat department including chicken, pork and fish!!  Other selections include Filet Mignon, Whole Trimmed Tenderloins, T-Bones, Porterhouses, RibEyes, and N.Y. Strips.  

Don't forget about our specialty cuts that include Chateaubriand, Rib Roast, Cowboy Cuts, Crown of Thorns, Lollipop Chops, and delicious Kabobs.
